Excellent value

Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Parking was good except Saturday evening.

Facilities closed quite early. A distance from the front but meant you could park easier other than Saturday night.

The place itself is good, but it was chilly inside. Sad that there were no slippers for guests. Anyway breakfast was decent, everything worked as expected.

Location was good but parking was a challenge and on a steep hill. Apartment was big and airy but beds not so comfortable Breakfast lovely good choice.

We were missing the freezer, there was just a fridge. Beds are not very comfortable.

Calm and clean. Good quality for suit money

Breakfast not so good . Boring after week and especially coffe should be better! Dont know what was the caused of bad quality of coffe. Maybe bad grinds or machine? And feel chemistry in eggs .

Very Good

Great size apartment, clean and comfortable. We pretty much had everything we needed. Breakfast was plenty with good variety. Enjoyed sitting outside by the pool eating breakfast. Breakfast times were good too, from 7.15 to 10 15am Great little supermarket just around the corner, as well as some good restaurants. We ate at Poco Loco Mexican and the cafe/ bar opposite hotel. Bus stop to town and other places just around the corner too. Steep hill to beach and town but good walk and lovely views.

Could have done with some more sockets in the kitchen area. Pool was freezing but I braved it as I had been looking forward to getting in it.

Wonderful

Breakfast and the space in the room were both amazing ! The whole building is very quiet and clean with friendly staff.

One thing to improve ABSOUTELY is to reduce water pressure on every taps (kitchen and bathroom sink + shower) the pressure and flow are so intense that it is a joke to show a message of helping to reduce water waste by keeping our towels a bit longer. It is a true winner to adjust and install water stream reducers so please don't be much into green washing, but instead advert the efforts you've been involved in such as water stream control when it's done

Hotel was fresh, clean and amazing. Really clean, good sound insulation in the rooms, was located on first floor my room, had my own porch to chill. Breakfast changes each time, last day the coffee machine broke down so it was an issue to some people.

Swiming pool was not heated and sometimes its hard to find a car to park as you do it on the street with locals, but thats it.

Exceptional

Really well equipped apartment with spacious balcony. The beds were very comfortable, but the sofa in the living room wasn't as that comfortable. The breakfast was good with a large selection of food and beverages. There was no problem with parking directly in front of the hotel and there was always enough free space. The location is quite far from the center and the beach, mainly because it is on a hill, but it's a really nice town and I didn't mind walking that much. Overall great value for money.

All in all it was a good value for money

Everywhere on the street there was a free parking and there was no problem in finding a parking spot.

The room were not really very well insulated and you could hear all people on the coridor and when anyone was entering a nearby room. The beds were having a spring mattress which was not too comfortable.

Really good position and really good apartments! For the price I paid it was over expectations. The staff really kind and also the swimming pool was always clean. Relaxing atmosphere.. I would recommend to anyone

The apartment was spacious with a balcony and a sea view. A lot of storage space with plenty of hangers. The rooms were nicely furnished. Altogether the apartment had a modern and clean look.

Superb personal, various breakfast, good location. At the check out day we asked for the early breakfast and were given the positive answer immediately. Thanks!

Every single time we must have logged in to get wi fi, that seemed to us pretty annoying. But this is a tiny thing, everything the rest was for 10.

Breakfast was very tasty, friendly and helpful host, easy to find parking (April), large rooms

There was no double bed, and they easily moved apart if pushed together Inconvenient Internet connection, you constantly need to reconnect after returning from a walk

Very Good

We stayed 2 nights there. Our apartament was clean, spacious and had a lot of facilities ( fridge, microwave etc- we didn't need to use them). The neighborhood is vey quite and is located not so close to the centre, around 1 km walking but that didn't bother us cause we love walking down the streets. Parking is free, right in front of the hotel. To sum up, it was ok not extraordinary, but the price was very good for Puerto de la Cruz. Even if there were few things I didn't feel comfortable with, the hotel is nice,it was worth staying here for 2 nights to explore Puerto de la Cruz.

If you want a hairdryer you must ask at the reception. You will get one little, old style airdryer but it was ok after all. The bathroom is quite small, with a tiny bathtube, they have a water heater so be careful cause the warm water runs out quickly . The soap ran out very quickly the second day, we didn"t ask for another cause we were out in town. The bed and the pillows were not so comfortable. Very thin walls, we heard a lot of noise out there . The breakfast had very few options, but was acceptable.

Friendly stuff. Nice stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff Very clean hotel. Easy access by car.

The internet connection was very complicated and limited and most of the time we didn't use it. The couch was broken and would not stretch. The card for the apartment was brocen and couldn’t pull-out, but we still had a great time!
